Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Please call or email us to let us know if you will not be able to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee.
We do understand that sudden illness, traffic, extreme weather and unexpected emergencies may arise an 24 hours notice is not possible and in those RARE circumstances we will waive the cancellation fee.
Please note that childcare issues and being called into work do not count as an EMERGENCY

Missed Appointments
Please be aware that not showing up for your appointment without letting us know is very costly to both yourself and the Therapist. The therapist loses the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client in need. Due to the loss of appointment the Therapist is not able to recover the fee for work time and therefore your account will be charged in full. We do day before courtesy calls to help avoid these situations. Please let us know asap if you are not able to make your appointment.

Receipts:
Receipts will be issued following each treatment. Each receipt must be accurate to the date and treatment performed, duration and cost with the proper name of the client receiving treatment and therapist.
We will not issue a receipt for treatment on a different date or under a different name for insurance purposes.
