Cancellations:
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Please call or email us to let us know if you will not be able to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee.
We do understand that sudden illness, traffic, extreme weather and unexpected emergencies may arise an 24 hours notice is not possible and in those RARE circumstances we will waive the cancellation fee.
Please note that childcare issues and being called into work do not count as an EMERGENCY

Missed Appointments
Please be aware that not showing up for your appointment without letting us know is very costly to both yourself and the Therapist. The therapist loses the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client in need. Due to the loss of appointment the Therapist is not able to recover the fee for work time and therefore your account will be charged in full. Through our system you will receive an initial email with your appointment and can add to your calendar directly. You will also receive a reminder email 2 days before your appointment, a wellness screening 24 hours before appointment as well as a text message the day of to help avoid these situations. Please let us know asap if you are not able to make your appointment.

Receipts will be issued following each treatment. Each receipt must be accurate to the date and treatment performed, duration and cost with the proper name of the client receiving treatment and therapist.
We will not issue a receipt for treatment on a different date or under a different name for insurance purposes.

Timely Payment Policy:
Payment for services must be made within 24 hours of treatment. Insurance short payments must be paid within 24 hours of notice. Failure to provide payment in a timely manner will result in no further appointments being scheduled until outstanding balances are settled.

Appointment Reminder Discrepancy
If you receive a reminder for an appointment that you believe is incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and avoid any potential no-show charges.
